Alfredo works with individuals, investors, and developers interested in the city’s most coveted residential properties— he is deeply connected to the DMV area. He graduated in 1989 with a Marketing and Advertising degree back in Venezuela where he is from and right before came to the United State to continue his education, 1994 he graduates with a business administration and finance degree from Strayer University, but his education is never complete. As a licensed Realtor he constantly invests his time, money and though into the latest sales, marketing and negotiations techniques. Alfredo has lived in Washington, Maryland and Virginia’s area for the Past 31 years.
When he isn’t working, Alfredo enjoys cooking, traveling, outdoor activities, restoring and flip old houses, and spending time with his family and friends, he is a high-touch agent known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to his clients. Alfredo’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by working tiressly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.
