Building lasting relationships by providing top notch service in the DMV area is her passion.  Always ready to help those around her.  Rosemarie has a background in bookkeeping and customer service and her desire is to make people smile and see them happy were the building blocks in her decision to pursue real estate.   She decided to become a real estate agent because she realized that there are many people who think they can’t own a home but they actually just need some guidance, she knows because her mother was one of them.  She saw firsthand the value of being informed and the importance a role an agent plays to make the process go smoothly. And to see her mother happy and with a smile when she sold her house and purchased the next one was priceless.

Most important to Rosemarie is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust and repeat business, which she acquired by working in one of the most prestigious Spanish restaurant in DC (Taberna del Alabardero) for over 18 years.  Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, and ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills. She possesses de determination necessary to get the job done.

Originally and born in El Salvador, but raised in Washington, DC. A resident of Woodbridge, VA for over 20 years, lives with her family and her parakeet Tony and Siberian Husky Odin.  Raised by a single mother with her sister, she learned the value of hard work, determination and perseverance.

In her free time she loves to run and spend time with her family and her pets, loves the outdoors and drinking red wine and coffee from Starbucks.
